Development and Production Team

The Development and Production Team at Cartel is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing television and unscripted documentary projects. Led by the Head of Television and Head of Unscripted & Documentary, the team collaborates closely with the Director of Development to bring creative ideas to life, while the VP of Post Production ensures that projects are refined and delivered on schedule. Together, they drive the production process from initial concept to final edit, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the company’s vision.
