Declan Irish

Declan Irish currently serves as Vice President at ACL Hygienic and is a Sub-Committee Member of ASME BPE since October 2014. In addition, Declan is a Board Member for Engineering Industries Ireland. Previously, Declan held various roles including Managing Director, Director of Technology & Development, and Project Manager at Carten Controls Ltd. from June 1999 to June 2025, focusing on UHP product testing and assembly. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Biopharmaceutical Science from NIBRT/Sligo Institute of Technology, an Honours Degree in Business Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology, a Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute, and earlier studies at Waterford Institute of Technology.
