Dhitya Dhika Nahampun is a professional with extensive experience in human capital management, specializing in compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and employee record maintenance. Currently serving as the Human Capital Compensation & Benefit at Cartenz Group since October 2022, Dhitya handles various responsibilities including payroll processing, loan verification, and benefits administration related to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and corporate insurance. Prior experience includes roles as HR Project Generalist at Abhitech Matra Indah and Human Resources Generalist at PT.
