Dwiqy Fahlavi Muhammad R. is a Mobile Developer at Cartenz Group since September 2022, specializing in creating digital services that enhance public access to government services through the Citigov application. Dwiqy has experience in mobile development using Flutter, focusing on iOS, while also collaborating with backend engineers and implementing various technologies such as Dio, RESTful APIs, payment gateways, and push notifications. Prior to this role, Dwiqy acquired knowledge and skills as a learner in several programs, including Flutter and Android app development, alongside teaching internships in computer science and multimedia at educational institutions. Additional experience includes serving as a delivery driver at Gojek and as President of OSTRIC, where Dwiqy organized web programming bootcamps. Dwiqy is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Education at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
