Roger Xu possesses extensive experience in information technology and real estate. Currently serving as an Information Technology Architect and Technology Operations Manager at Carter BloodCare since January 2020, Roger previously held various roles, including Sr. Oracle DBA at Dell and Database Admin Sr. Advisor at NTT DATA, Inc. A strong background in Oracle database management, UNIX/Linux, and project management complements Roger's technical expertise. Additionally, experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and prior service with companies such as Weichert, Realtors and Dr Pepper Snapple Group underscore versatility in both the IT and real estate sectors. Roger Xu holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Xiamen University.

About Carter BloodCare We save lives by making transfusion possible. Carter BloodCare is an independent, community blood center providing transfusion resources to more than 200 medical facilities in 50-plus counties of North, Central and East Texas. The nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization is one of the largest blood programs in Texas, delivering more than 440,000 blood products annually to meet hospitals’ requirements for their patients. Services include collection, processing, specialized laboratory testing, storage and distribution of blood and blood products.
