Yolanda Alsides

Yolanda Alsides possesses extensive experience in blood donation coordination within esteemed organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant at Carter BloodCare since July 2019, Yolanda focuses on enhancing blood drive effectiveness. Prior to this role, Yolanda held various positions at the American Red Cross from August 2003 to April 2019, culminating in the role of AP&S Scheduling Manager. Responsibilities included meticulous planning of mobile blood drives, creation of staff schedules across multiple states, and the management of the Biomedical Diversity Initiatives Program. Additional roles involved serving as a Scheduling Supervisor, where Yolanda oversaw staff scheduling, facilitated communication between departments, and trained personnel.
