Currently serving as Operations Superintendent and Estimator at Carter Concrete Structures since January 2024, Andrew has previously held positions as Superintendent at Skanska and Precision 2000, and Field Engineer at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. Andrew's career includes significant roles at Carter Concrete Structures, both as Superintendent and Field Engineer, showcasing extensive expertise in formwork, reinforcing, post tensioning, placing, field engineering, and supervision. Education credentials include ACI Associate Concrete Construction Special Inspector and PTI Level 1&2 Unbonded PT Inspector, along with studies at Georgia State University from 2006 to 2008.
