Elizabeth Fuller

Elizabeth Fuller is an experienced paralegal with a strong background in trademark and patent prosecution. Currently employed at Carter, DeLuca & Farrell LLP as a Paralegal, Elizabeth handles various aspects of trademark maintenance and communicates regularly with clients and foreign associates. Previously, Elizabeth served as a Senior Paralegal at Moyles IP, LLC, managing both domestic and foreign trademark matters, while also overseeing litigation items. Elizabeth’s earlier experience includes an Intellectual Property Paralegal role at Standley Law Group LLP, where duties encompassed patent and trademark prosecution and communication with international associates. Additional roles include advocating for children as a Guardian Ad Litem at CASA of Franklin County, and internship experience in legal preparation and document management. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from The Ohio State University and an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies degree from Columbus State Community College.
