Joe Rainey

Joe Rainey has extensive experience in the real estate industry, spanning over three decades. Joe began their career in 1989 as a Property Manager at Aimco Apartment Homes, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2011, Joe held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Summit Housing Partners, LLC. Following this, they worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at BSR Trust, LLC from 2012 to 2013. Joe then joined Providence Management Company, LLC in 2013 as the Director of Capital until 2019. Currently, Joe is the SVP of Capital Development at Carter Funds, a role they have held since 2019.

Joe Rainey has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Troy University.
