Kelly Medlin

Kelly Medlin has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the New Development Director at Carter-Haston Real Estate since October 2017. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions within the same company, including New Development Coordinator and Trainer, as well as Property Manager. Earlier experience includes a decade at Post Properties, where Kelly advanced from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager from 2004 to 2017. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earned between 1998 and 2001.
