Noah Holweck has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Noah has served as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at Carter Intralogistics since June 2020, where they lead and optimizes automation design and applications for various product lines. Prior to that, they were a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at Carter Control Systems, Inc. from November 2019 to March 2020, focusing on converting 2D legacy drawings to 3D and developing Inventor integration for Vault. Noah also collaborated on designing and prototyping a new product for material handling systems and automation.

Noah was a Design Engineer at Rampf Molds Industries, Inc. from January 2019 to July 2019, where they processed block mold orders and conducted reverse engineering for product development. Noah standardized customer tailored blocks and molds based on plant driven clearance requirements.

Additionally, Noah worked as a Sales Engineer, Webmaster, and CAD Drafter at Duvinage from February 2004 to August 2007. Noah was responsible for creating and controlling sales strategies, managing computer-related issues, and organizing file flow through the company and representatives. Noah worked extensively with AutoCAD and the Adobe Suites.

In 2006, Noah briefly served as a Professor and Teaching Assistant at Hagerstown Community College, where they independently taught AutoCAD to a class of Pre-Engineering students.

Noah Holweck began their education journey in 2002 when they attended Washington County Technical High School. During this time, they pursued a vocational degree, focusing on pre-engineering, mechanical engineering, and robotics. After completing their studies there in 2004, Noah moved on to Hagerstown Community College. Noah spent the next three years at the college, where they earned an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians. In 2007, Noah enrolled at the University of Maryland Baltimore County for a brief period. Although they studied mechanical engineering at the university, Noah did not complete a degree program during their time there.
