Tim Ryan is an experienced electrical power generation engineer currently employed at Carter Machinery since June 2023, specializing in high-performance commercial and mission-critical electric generators for varying voltage applications. Prior to this role, Tim served as an instructor in the Naval Nuclear Engineering Program with the US Navy from April 2018 to June 2023, providing training at the Nuclear Power Training Unit in Charleston, SC. Additionally, Tim gained research experience as a research analyst for the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare of Japan in 2015, focusing on analysis of records related to Japanese soldiers from World War II. Earlier experience includes a summer position as a lifeguard with the District of Columbia Parks and Recreation in 2014.
