Jerome Hagley

Jerome Hagley has extensive experience in business development, property and facilities management, development projects, operations, advisory, capital markets/finance, marketing, leasing and sales, and public/private partnerships. Jerome worked as the Executive Vice President, Development at Carter, a national real estate investment, development, and advisory firm since 2014.
