Deborah Lee has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to client operations, marketing, and partnerships. Deborah is currently the Senior Director of Partnerships at Cartera Commerce, Inc – A Rakuten Company, where they manage key client relationships with major financial and airline companies. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Client Operations at Aegis Premier Solutions, where they integrated client operations and managed client services, customer support, and marketing teams. In addition to their education, Deborah has obtained certifications including an Administrator Training Certificate from Salesforce in April 2009, and a Certificate of Completion from the Institute for Educational Fundraising, obtained in July 2007 through the Council for Advancement & Support of Education.
