Dianna Barnett has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dianna started their career in 2000 as a Senior Project Manager at Endeca, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an Engagement Manager at IDC. Following this, they joined ChoiceStream as a Product Manager from 2006 to 2010. Dianna then worked at Art Technology Group as a Product Manager from 2010 to 2011. Dianna subsequently joined Cartera - A Rakuten Company in 2011 and held positions such as Senior Product Manager (2011-2015), Senior Manager of Website Optimization (2015-2016), and Director of Website Optimization (2016-2023). Currently, they are serving as the Director of Growth Marketing at Cartera.

Dianna Barnett attended Boston College from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology.
