Michelle Patrone

Michelle Patrone possesses extensive experience in project management, with a focus on platform and process improvements, client relations, and operational enhancements. Currently serving as Senior Director of Project Management at Cartera – A Rakuten Company since January 2015, Michelle has previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Director and Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes project management positions at Aspire Lifestyles and Circles North America, where Michelle led initiatives to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. With a background in business optimization and product management at Circles, as well as initial roles in customer care and program assistance at Perkins School for the Blind, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College.
