Cindi Tubbs Knutson

Cindi Tubbs Knutson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Cindi currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering at MetLife Legal Plans since August 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at TrueBlue Inc., including Senior Director of Technical Delivery for PeopleReady Technology, Director of Technical Delivery for PeopleWorks, Director of Platform Solutions for PeopleReady, AppDev Senior Manager, Chief Scrum Master, Lead Software Developer, and Senior Developer. Before joining TrueBlue Inc., Cindi worked as a Senior Developer at Weyerhaeuser Company from May 2003 to October 2008. Cindi also worked at Washington Mutual as a Senior Programmer/Analyst from March 2003 to May 2004, and at Nordstrom Direct as a Web Development Manager from May 2000 to February 2003. Finally, Cindi started their career at Airborne Express as a Senior Application Developer from July 1994 to March 2000.

Cindi Tubbs Knutson attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1991 to 1995. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Finance. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Washington.
