Currently, they serve as the Director of Health Ministry | Chaplaincy at Carteret Health Care, where they provide spiritual support to patients, their loved ones, and healthcare providers. Rev. In addition, they hold a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Rev. Mark Holland has also acquired various certifications throughout their career. Rev. Mark is endorsed as a chaplain by the Southern Baptist Convention. Furthermore, they are licensed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor by The North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. Rev.
