Antonio D. Robinson

Antonio D. Robinson is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Carter's. Antonio has been with the company since February 2019 and assumed their current role in March 2020.

Robinson's previous role at Carter's was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, they advised and counseled executives, business leaders, and managers worldwide on a wide range of business, compliance, and legal matters. Antonio also negotiated, drafted, and reviewed commercial contracts, including employment agreements, consulting agreements, and vendor agreements.

Robinson has a wide range of experience in the legal field, including overseeing internal investigations, managing all litigation, and providing crisis related guidance. Antonio also has experience with due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as contributing to integration efforts. In addition, Robinson serves as the designated Privacy Officer and is responsible for ensuring compliance with global privacy laws.

Antonio D. Robinson received their Juris Doctorate (JD), cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in the field of law. Prior to that, they received their B.A. from Louisiana Tech University in pre-law political science and English.
