Carlo Fragni

Carlo Fragni is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the blockchain and networking sectors. Since August 2018, Carlo has served as a Senior Software Engineer at Cartesi, focusing on the development and deployment of scalable decentralized applications (DApps) on a Layer-2 blockchain platform. Prior to this role, Carlo held various positions including Senior Software Engineer and Senior Networking Engineer at WebRadar from September 2013 to August 2018, and co-founded Propagate in December 2011. Carlo's earlier experience includes roles as a Developer at Innvent, Computer Engineer at Intelie, Researcher at the Teleinformatics and Automation Group (COPPE/UFRJ), Trainee at Chemtech, and Intern at GSCAR (COPPE/UFRJ). Carlo holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from COPPE/UFRJ and an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
