Veena Radhakrishna has a diverse work experience in the field of operations, technology platform development, and product management. Veena co-founded NextFirst in 2017 and was responsible for the company's operations. Before that, they co-founded Taykit in 2015, where they managed product management and technology platform development. Veena also worked as the VP of Operations at NextFirst from 2005 to 2014. Prior to that, they held the role of Pricing Manager at IBM from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they worked as an E-Business Group analyst/programmer at Intel Corporation from 2000 to 2002.
Veena Radhakrishna completed a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BE in Computer Science from RVCE between 1996 and 2000.

We imagine a “cloud” of physical things in which inventory from a network of storefront and storebacks, can be used for efficient and seamless omni-channel fulfillment. Carte+, our robotic solution stack, is purpose developed to operate in small footprints such as back of store or hyper-local urban locations. Unlike conventional robotic systems developed for large industrial settings, Carte+ is optimal for fulfilment from locations where space is limited and floors are not level. We believe that customer expectations for fast fulfilment will drive the next phase of retail growth. Last mile is crucial in meeting these on-demand fulfilment expectations. We believe that Carte+ is key to making this effort a profitable reality.
