Richard A. Duvall

Richard A. Duvall is the current CEO of CARTHAGE AREA HOSPITAL INC. Prior to their current position, Richard was the Executive Director / CEO of Northern Oswego County Ambulance from January 1998 to December 2008. Richard has dedicated their career to helping others and they show no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Richard A. Duvall has a Master of Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University, a Masters of Healthcare Administration from Walden University, and a Bachelors of Interdisciplanary Studies from Columbia College. Richard also has an Associates of General Studies from Columbia College and Certification from QSA/RAB in ISO9001:2008 Lead Auditor and Certification from DNV Healthcare in NIAHO Training.
