Julio Rivera

Julio Rivera is an experienced academic and consultant with a strong background in management, marketing, and geospatial science. Currently serving as a Fulbright Scholar and Visiting Professor at the Fulbright Commission Iceland and Háskóli Íslands, respectively, Julio Rivera has been the Principal Consultant at Choropleth Consulting, LLC, since 1998, specializing in data analytics and higher education evaluation. A Professor Emeritus at Carthage College, Julio Rivera has held various leadership roles, including Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Additionally, Julio Rivera has served in multiple capacities with the Council on Undergraduate Research and is a peer reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and advanced degrees in business and education from prestigious institutions.
