Koen Otter

Koen Otter has over 15 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as an Application Administrator at Carthago ICT since April 2012. Prior roles include service and test engineer at Stratech from August 2009 to March 2012, software engineer at Innolan from June 2008 to May 2009, and software engineer at Calco IT between October 2006 and May 2008, during which work was performed for HITT Apeldoorn and LogicaCMG Leeuwarden. Koen completed a thesis at Aarhus University Hospital in the Department of Ophthalmology in 2004 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Technische informatica and Bedrijfskundige Informatica from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2000 and 2005.
