Dean Dorrell

Dean Dorrell began their career in 2014 as a Partner at Carthona Capital, a hands-on, proactive, and thematic venture capital investor based in Sydney, Australia. In 2017, Carthona Capital shifted to a more traditional venture capital model by raising its first fund. In 2019, Dorrell became Chairman of deferit. In 2020, they were appointed Director at Qsic and Investor at Salad Technologies and Deduce. In 2021, Dorrell became Director of Pathzero, Investor of Cascade and Driva, and Investor of Paytron.

Dean Dorrell attended the University of Nottingham from 1986 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
