Dr. Anino Emuwa is a prominent management consultant and advocate for women's leadership, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Governors and Deputy Chair of the Academic Assurance and Regulation Committee at Nottingham Trent University. As the Managing Director and CEO of Avandis Consulting, Dr. Emuwa leads a firm focused on research-led strategy and financial advisory services. Additional roles include Board Member of the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030, Founder of the 100 Women@Davos community and the Africa Women CEOs Network, and key involvement in various organizations and initiatives promoting gender equality and entrepreneurship. Dr. Emuwa is actively engaged in the UN Women Leaders Network and serves as an Action Advisory Board Member for the Reykjavík Global Forum. With an educational background that includes ongoingMasters studies at the University of Cambridge and a Doctorate in Business Administration, Dr. Emuwa combines a wealth of experience with a commitment to fostering impactful leadership among women globally.

The Cartier Women's Initiative is an annual international entrepreneurship program that aims to drive change by empowering women impact entrepreneurs. Founded in 2006, the program is open to women-run and women-owned businesses from any country and sector that aim to have a strong and sustainable social and/or environmental impact. OUR VISION Our vision is a world in which every woman impact entrepreneur driving social change can achieve her full potential.
