Lauren Maillian is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in brand growth and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of LMB Group since March 2011, Lauren has been instrumental in advising and transforming high-potential consumer-facing brands across various sectors, including beauty, wellness, and technology. In addition to leading LMB Group, Lauren currently serves as President of SV Franchise, overseeing the national expansion and operations of the popular plant-based brand Slutty Vegan. As a Strategic Advisor for Saltbox and a Board Member of Advisors for Verix, Lauren contributes to innovative platforms that enhance transparency and combat fraud. Furthermore, Lauren serves as a Final Round Juror for Effie Worldwide, recognizing excellence in marketing effectiveness. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

The Cartier Women's Initiative is an annual international entrepreneurship program that aims to drive change by empowering women impact entrepreneurs. Founded in 2006, the program is open to women-run and women-owned businesses from any country and sector that aim to have a strong and sustainable social and/or environmental impact.
