Cynthia Lee-Kwong

Cynthia Lee-Kwong has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Cynthia is currently a Regional Talent Management Associate Director at Cartier, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner in the Global Travel Retail division of Cartier since October 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Regional HR Business Partner at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager in APAC at Cielo Talent from 2012 to 2019. Cynthia also has experience as an Associate Consultant at Novo Limited in 2011, a Research Associate at Carrington Fox from 2010 to 2011, and a Contracts Officer at Brunei Economic Development Board from 2008 to 2010. Cynthia'scareer began as a Product Specialist at Sanofi in 2006, where they worked until 2008.

Cynthia Lee-Kwong earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact from LinkedIn, BUSINESS ANALYTICS: FROM DATA TO INSIGHTS from Emeritus, and Improving Your Listening Skills from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
