Luca Morgantini is an experienced professional in demand and supply planning within the luxury goods sector, currently serving as Accessories Demand & Supply Planning Manager at Cartier since May 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Jewellery Supply Planner. Prior to Cartier, Luca worked at Luxottica from October 2018 to May 2021 as a Global Sun Lenses Junior Planner and as Stream Leader for an SAP transformation project, where responsibilities included forecasting, supply chain design, and implementation of SAP modules. In addition to corporate roles, Luca founded the start-up "OnLife" at the 2018 European Innovation Academy, aimed at assisting visually impaired individuals in navigating the internet. Academic achievements include an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from Politecnico di Torino, complemented by various international academic programs.
