Rosa Alba Pietropaolo

Rosa Alba Pietropaolo currently serves as the Northern Europe Team Leader for the Client Relation Center in E-commerce at Cartier, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this, Rosa was the Central and South Europe Team Leader for EME E-commerce at CELINE from August 2023 to December 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team to enhance customer experiences and monitoring key performance indicators. Rosa has also worked as an EMEA E-Commerce Specialist at Saint Laurent from January 2023 to August 2023 and at Gucci from November 2020 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consular Employee at the Austrian Honorary Consulate in Friuli Venezia Giulia, supporting diplomatic relations and assisting with consular services from October 2018 to October 2020. Rosa's academic background includes a Laurea breve in Comunicazione Interlinguistica Applicata, Interpretazione traduzione from Università degli Studi Trieste, completed in January 2020.
