Camilla Stringa has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting in 1999 as an HR Coordinator at Tetra Pak. Camilla then worked at DRESSER ITALIA SRL as an HR Generalist before joining Cameron in 2007, where they held the roles of HR Manager and Country HR Manager. In 2016, they joined VALVITALIA GROUP as the HR Manager for the Valves Business Unit and later became the Group HR Manager. Currently, they are the Group Human Resources Director at Cartiere Carrara S.p.A. throughout their career, Camilla has been responsible for managing HR policies and strategies, implementing corporate initiatives, and handling employee relations and talent management.
Camilla Stringa pursued their education at the Università di Pavia from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Laurea in lingue e letterature straniere moderne. Their field of study in this program included English, French, and German. In addition to their degree, Camilla also obtained a certification in PROSCI Change Management from the institution Prosci in April 2014.
