Adam Roberts

Adam Roberts is an experienced Solutions Engineer at CARTO since March 2024, specializing in geospatial technologies in the cloud. Previously at Targomo from September 2016 to March 2024, Adam held roles as Developer API Manager, Software Engineer, and Developer Advocate, focusing on full-stack development, technology prototyping, and creating resources for developer support. Prior freelance work from January 2015 to August 2016 included web development, data visualization, and technical training. Adam's career also spans positions such as Software Developer at Spatial Development International, Application Developer at HDR, Business Systems Manager and Analyst at Clean Energy Works Oregon, and Staff GIS Developer at Critigen. Adam holds a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing from Portland State University and a BS in Parks and Natural Resources Management from California State University, Chico.
