Ian Fox

Ian Fox has been in the GIS industry since 2008. Ian started their career as a Database Assistant and GIS Analyst at Professional Media Management, where they eventually became the Lead GIS Analyst. In 2014, they took on a Senior GIS Analyst role at Oncor Electric Delivery and a GIS Professional role at Seeking New Career Opportunity. In 2018, they became a GIS Analyst - Level III at Great Lakes Water Authority. In 2019, they took on a Systems Engineer Senior - GIS role at Ford Motor Company. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Engineer at CARTO and an IT GIS Analyst at Consumers Energy.

Ian Fox has a diverse educational background. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Grand Valley State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Systems and a degree in Geography. In 2017, they completed a Professional Certificate in Management and a Professional Certificate in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Ian also earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the same institution.
