Natalia de Martos has over 14 years of work experience. Natalia began their career in 2005 as an Intern at GRUPO ACTUAL, where they worked on the development and deployment of platforms that supported HR processes. In 2006, they joined Norman Broadbent as a Researcher for their Executive Search Division. Natalia then moved to Tuenti in 2011, where they held three roles: HR Business Partner: NOVUM project (Digital Telco Experience, Telefónica Digital), HR Business Partner, and Senior Recruiter. Natalia de Martos completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2006, majoring in Industrial Psychology. Natalia then earned their Masters Degree in HR Management from Colegio de Politólogos y Sociólogos de Madrid in 2008.
