Holly Yates

Holly Yates is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various media and government sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Independent Agencies at Cartology since February 2025, Holly previously held the position of Head of Sales at Mamamia from 2019 to February 2025. Holly's career also includes a long tenure at News Corp Australia, where roles ranged from Group Sales Director to various managerial positions managing Account Managers and driving sales across multiple platforms. Recognized for strong customer relationships and team leadership, Holly has consistently exceeded sales targets and effectively managed stakeholder engagement. Holly's early career experience includes a marketing role at Transport for London during a transformative period leading up to the 2012 Olympics. Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wollongong.
