Lionel Port is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in leading data and digital architecture initiatives across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Cartology, part of the Woolworths Group, Lionel previously held significant roles at News Corp Australia, including Head of Data Technology Capability, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy, team management, and digital architecture. Notable earlier positions include Senior Solution Architect at Telstra and Principal Engineer at Symantec, with a strong foundation in software development established during tenures at Hewlett Packard and other tech firms. Lionel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from UNSW and completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA in 2019.
