Gabriela Sales

Gabriela Sales has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Researcher at UFBA - Federal University of Bahia. Gabriela then moved to Anheuser-Busch InBev in 2012, where they held the role of Control Analyst and Logistics Intern. In 2015, they joined Vision Critical as an Enterprise Applications Administrator, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Business Analyst. Finally, in 2017, they joined CartonCloud as a Quality Assurance Team Lead I Business Analyst and Operations Manager. In each role, they have been responsible for tasks such as establishing and evolving formal QA processes, overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, managing effectiveness and efficiency of support services, helping to implement best practices, identifying development initiatives, creating and executing test cases, and more.

Gabriela Sales has an extensive education history. In 2016, they obtained an Associate Certificate in Project Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2015, they earned a Diploma in Advanced Business Management from King George International Business College. From 2009 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidade Federal da Bahia. Gabriela also holds certifications in Green Belt Six Sigma, Supervisory Management from the Canadian Institute of Management, and the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations - First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.
