Lal Bahadur Pal

Lalbahadur Pal is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He holds a masters and bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is admitted as an associate with the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa. He has previously worked with Auto & Household Finance (India) Limited and has 5 years of experience as a company secretary. He joined our Company on October 26, 2015 as the Company Secretary and was appointed as the Compliance Office of our Company on May 13, 2021.
