Claire O' Leary

Claire O'Leary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Business Strategy & Operations at CarTrawler since February 2025, Claire has held significant roles at Primark, including Head of Business Transformation Design and Head of Technology Strategy & Performance, from June 2019 to April 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Kellogg Company as a PMO Project Manager and various roles at Musgrave, such as PMO Lead and Own Brand Product Developer. Claire holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Science from University College Cork.
