Danielle Mason

Danielle Mason has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as HAWS Lettings and Property Manager at Cartrefi Conwy, where additional roles include Housing Projects Manager, Housing Officer, and Money Support Advisor since April 2019. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a Caseworker at Citizens Advice from April 2015 to April 2019. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Public and Social Policy from Wrexham University, a Housing Apprenticeship Level 3, and a CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing from Gower College Swansea, along with a Level 5 Certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management. In October 2022, Danielle also obtained a Prince 2 Foundation Certification in Project Management from Axelos.
