Wyn Rowlands

Wyn Rowlands is a Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS with extensive experience in asset management and building surveying. Currently serving as the Strategic Asset Manager at Cartrefi Conwy since September 2023, Wyn previously held several key positions at Grwp Cynefin, including Assets and Compliance Manager, Senior Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Manager for the East Region from April 2014 to July 2023. Prior experience includes Maintenance Manager at Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd, Senior Building Surveyor at Adams Consulting Engineers, and various surveying roles dating back to 1998. Wyn possesses a BSc (Honours) in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University and HNC and ONC qualifications in Building Studies from Wrexham University.
