Vincent Decruyenaere

Vincent Decruyenaere has an extensive work experience. Vincent began their career in 2005 as a Field Hunter for K PAR K. In 2006, they became an International Customer Service Manager for Transcom. In 2010, they joined the SELLBYTEL Group as a Specialist Products Project Apple-Care Technical Service. Vincent was promoted to International Customer Service Manager in 2011. In 2013, they moved to TheFork, a TripAdvisor company, where they held the roles of International Sales Manager, Senior Manager Account Management, Manager Account Management, and International B2B Customer Service Manager. In 2021, they joined Carts Guru as Head of Sales and Customer Success and later as Director of Customer Success.

Vincent Decruyenaere attended EGC Lille, where they obtained an ingénieur d'affaires degree. Prior to that, they obtained a BTS informatique de gestion from Lycée Gaston Berger.
