In 2020, they acquired the SIFI certification from Columbia University in the City of New York. Jess also obtained the Parenting Journey certification from Parenting Journey, Inc in March 2020. Another certification they achieved is the LGBTQ Individual and Family Therapy certification from The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center in December 2018.
