Kathy Ballard

Kathy Ballard is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles within school districts. Currently serving as a TOSA at Cartwright Elementary District since July 2014, Kathy has also held significant positions at Arizona Education Partners since 1998, including Superintendent, Principal, and roles in Education Services and Human Resources. Previous experiences include roles as Interim Educational Services Coordinator at Littleton Elementary School District, Chief Administrative Officer at Mosaica Education, and Teacher Induction Coach at Douglas Unified School District. Kathy has a Master's degree in Education from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona. A proven ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, parents, students, and community members enhances Kathy's contributions to the field.
