Cartwright Pension Trusts

Our business takes its name from Ian Cartwright, our founder and chairman. Ian originally set up the business back in 1986 to fill a need. Thanks to his ambition we’ve successfully continued to give specialist and bespoke actuarial and financial services to small and medium sized DB pension trusts. An often badly-catered-for market, we work together seamlessly to provide truly bespoke solutions to schemes with less than 1000 members or £5-500m in assets under management. Ian continues to be fully involved in our business, and his ‘pioneering’ approach remains today as we continue to seek new and innovative ways to improve client outcomes, systems and methodologies. We’re proud to have grown mostly through organic expansion. And over 38 years on, we now operate nationwide from two offices located in Farnborough and Chelmsford. Today, Cartwright Pension Trusts has a strong, highly experienced and expert team of 100 people. Though we started in the pensions market we saw how our unique skill-set could benefit other sectors too and have branched into other sectors, to offer the same unique expertise.
