Lyndsay Bliss, MBA has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Human Resources at Carus LLC since October 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at INEOS Composites from September 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining INEOS, Lyndsay worked at Ashland for over ten years, where they held various HR roles. Lyndsay served as the Global HR Leader from January 2017 to August 2019, responsible for overseeing HR activities for 1300 global employees across multiple countries. During their tenure at Ashland, they also served as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, Talent Management Consultant, and Employee Relations specialist.

Earlier in their career, Lyndsay gained experience at Gap Inc. Direct as an Employee Relations Senior Generalist and at GE as a Human Resources Generalist. Lyndsay began their career at Cintas as a Human Resources Management Trainee.

Lyndsay Bliss obtained their MBA degree from Franklin University, where they attended from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earning a degree in Business Management and Technical Writing from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Lyndsay Bliss has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Lyndsay is a Certified Facilitator for DDI's Learning Systems and a Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer Trainer. Lyndsay also holds a certification as a Certified Targeted Selection Program Manager from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Furthermore, Lyndsay Bliss is a Lominger Voice 360 Certified professional and possesses the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from six sigma.
