Fallon Smith

Fallon Smith has extensive experience in executive assistance and office management, currently serving as Chief of Staff and previously as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Caruso since February 2017. Prior to this role, Fallon worked at J.S. Rosenfield & Company as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Los Angeles office, event planning, and scheduling travel arrangements. Fallon also served as an Account Executive and Executive Assistant at HM Showroom, managing calendars and maintaining relationships with a wide range of accounts. Earlier experience includes a role at LAR Consultants, where Fallon coordinated complex schedules and maintained inventory processes. Fallon holds education from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and the University of Hawaii.
