Jamie Atkinson is a seasoned land development manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Land Development Manager at Caruso Homes, Inc. since February 2022, Jamie oversees entitlement projects, engineering contracts, and construction administration while ensuring project budgets and feasibility studies are managed effectively. Previously, Jamie held a similar role at Chesapeake Realty Partners, where responsibilities included managing land development projects from initial diligence through construction. Jamie's earlier career includes positions at the City of Santa Monica as a Civil Engineering Associate and Assistant, focusing on capital improvement and land development projects, as well as a Civil Engineer with the City of Charlottesville. An accomplished project engineer at Patton Harris Rust & Associates, Jamie possesses a comprehensive educational background with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
