As the Owner of La Playa Rentals and Management since July 2013, Nicki has successfully operated a family-run property management company in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, following experience managing a homeowners association for a large development. Previous roles include Sales Manager at Baker Residential, Real Estate Agent and Licensed Realtor at Re/Max One Realty, and Community Sales Manager at Ashton Woods Homes. Nicki also owned North State Appraisal from 2000 to 2007. Educational background includes studies at North Carolina State University and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
