Tim Carle

Tim Carle brings extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division Manager for Maryland "On Your Lot" at Caruso Homes, Inc. since October 2017, a role that also includes responsibilities as Operations Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to this, Tim Carle worked for Ryan Homes from June 2010 to October 2017, holding positions such as Sales Representative and Service Supervisor. Tim Carle began the career at Ryan Homes in March 2006 as Project Manager, having been promoted from Project Supervisor after achieving a high score on the training test. Academically, Tim Carle earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Communications, as well as Business Marketing from Salisbury University's Perdue School of Business, graduating in 2005.
